Spend a month (or more) enjoying the pleasures of one of the premier villas in the Palma Del Mar complex: Palma Del Mar H-119. This garden level villa with its own screened patio is located on the Isla Del Sol (Island of the Sun) just steps from the community pool and spa. Imagine the pleasure of sipping a cocktail with friends while you enjoy the salty air and manicured grounds right outside your patio. Please note this is a one-month minimum stay property.

Your villa is beautifully renovated and features a host of extras you don’t often find including three TVs with a smart TV in the living room, three DVD players, a PlayStation, and free Wi-Fi so you can easily check out area attractions online. You also have free long distance phone calls within North America when you stay at Palma Del Mar H-119.

Palma Del Mar H-119 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom air-conditioned villa that sleeps six when the sofa sleeper is used. Your villa is close to your parking area so you’ll have easy access to your car. Though you are close to the pool, it’s not right in front of your patio so you have plenty of peace and quiet.

When you walk in the front door, your Palma Del Mar H-119 kitchen is to the left. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty snacks and meals for your group. Just make a quick trip to the nearby Publix market and you’ll be able to dazzle guests with your favorite recipes. What a pleasure it will be to cook in this well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of cabinets to store your food. There’s even a kitchen table where you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee before you start your day. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that’s great for serving the kids a morning bowl of cereal or just chatting with friends.

You’ll serve guests on the handsome table and chairs that look out on your patio and the lush grounds beyond. Very Satisfied.
We stayed at this condo for 28 nights, the condo was very clean upon arrival and equipped with everything we needed . Beds were very comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the condo made it so much more convenient for us . The interior of the condo is very pretty. We would certainly book this condo again

Up-dated condo would make the experience better.
we were very happy to have a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Great having a king bed and 2 twins. Loved the screened porch and that we were on the first level and could walk right out to the pool. Parking very convenient. Pool was fantastic. Great being on the water. (Tampa Bay) Grounds were lovely. Property well maintained. Security extremely visible and attentive. Unit is outdated. Overall the unit appeared clean however on closer inspection there could be improvement. Kitchen items were not clean and inside cabinets and drawers were dirty. (sticky and greasy) Kitchen was not well stocked with cooking utensils. The ones there were out-dated and old. Only 1 set of sheets and these were old, dingy and threadbare. Towels need updating as well. Hooks are needed for towels in both bathrooms. Washing machine knob was broken. Guest bathroom toilet kept "running". Would recommend this PROPERTY however not this particular unit unless it was updated and redone. Isla Del Sol is lovely however we found it too isolated for our taste. Not a lot to do within walking distance. Necessary to drive everywhere. We prefer a town and location that is more upscale.

Not hard to feel at home here.
Have stayed twice before. Unit is always clean, with nice furnishings and some recent upgrades. Ground floor, steps from both parking lot and first class bayfront pool complex. Found several favorite restaurants.

Not disappointed
Unit was very clean and in good condition, with nice furnishings and decor. Beautiful pool area. Quickly felt at home. Not a full view of Bay from unit, but this is offset by very close and convenient access of pool and parking directly from screened patio. Needs were few - kitchen utensils inadequate, had to add throw rugs in bathrooms, light beige carpet required a little extra care to keep clean; but we're advised the new owner has updates planned as soon as unit is vacant this summer.
